How to make a Tailored Bow

This tailored bow is super quick to make and looks great on your gifts.

Gather together your ribbon (we've used our Leopard Copper Grosgrain in 38mm), a ruler and some glue (we used fabric glue, but you can use any strong glue or a hot glue gun).

Cut 3 lengths of ribbon; 18cms, 23cms and 28cms.

For each length of ribbon, fold the ends under until they meet in the middle and glue in place.  

Place the loops of ribbon one on top of another, longest at the bottom and shortest on the top and glue them together. 

Cut another length of ribbon to 20cms. 

Cut the ends into a V shape. 

Glue the ribbon loops onto this tail piece. 

Cut another piece of ribbon to approximately 12cms.  

Wrap it around the centre of the ribbon loops and tail......  

and secure at the back with glue. 

Attach to your gift and make somebody happy!
